With a Master’s in Business Administration and a proven track record in launching and managing successful ventures, he excels at building strategic partnerships, creating market-driven travel experiences and leading high-performing teams.

Ahmed Fazheel leads our team with a vision for excellence and a commitment to delivering top-notch travel solutions. With 15 years of experience in the Maldives’ recruiting business, he brings a wealth of knowledge and industry expertise to Skylit Travels.

A results-driven director with extensive hospitality experience, specialising in leading cross-functional teams to achieve growth targets. Ismail excels in strategic planning, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, and has coordinated seamless travel arrangements for guests and partners alike.

Benjamin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Liberty University and brings creativity and strategic insight to the team. He also serves as Skylit’s dedicated liaison for Line Up Surf Australia, ensuring an outstanding experience for our Australian clients.
